DIY Ice Cream Craft

You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream! Look what we have in store for you. Our DIY ice cream craft will have you working up an appetite for a cold treat after you’re done. This arts and crafts project will for sure have you saying “yummy” and best of all this yummy treat does not melt. 

For this project you will need:

Step 1: Gather up all your materials. We pick blue and yellow as our paper colors. You are more than welcome to chase any colors your heart desires.  Please use the guide to help you format your artwork.

Step 2:Cut one of the poster boards in half and use the other sheet to make a triangle shape.  

Step 3: Glue your triangle shape to  your poster boards that you cut in half.

Step 4: Bring out your light clay. We chose white, pink, yellow, orange, and green for this craft. Strat stretching and forming a round shape for the base of your ice cream cone. Repeat the process with but let the shapes vary in size for the next two scoops.

Step 5: Decorate your ice cream cone with what you like on your ice cream.

Step 6: To decorate your cone use your poster paint and create lines criss-crossing each other.

Step 7: Ta-da you have your own never-melting ice cream cone that will be good all year long!
