DIY Valentine’s Day Waterfall Card

Photos and messages can bring a lot of meaning to someone 😊 Create this fun, easy DIY and your Valentine will definitely be amazed with this craft!

Materials you will need:

Step 1: Gather your materials

Step 2: Measure & Cut Out

  • (5) 6x6cm squares using the poster board
  • (5) 5x5cm squares using any color paper
  • (1) 15x6cm using the poster board
  • (1) 12x2cm using any color paper
  • (1) 30x6cm using any color paper

Step 3: Prepping the Waterfall Card

  • Take one 6x6cm poster board square and line it at the right end of the 30x6cm construction paper strip
  • Mark on the left side of the 6x6cm square
  • From that mark, make (4) 1cm marks to the left of it
  • Fold those lines

Step 4: Customize your photos

  • Glue together the 6x6cm poster board and 5x5cm construction / color paper
  • You may replace the 5x5cm paper with a photo or place the photo on top

Step 5: Assembling the Waterfall Card

  • Take your completed photo squares and glue them to the line
  • Once completed, take the 15x6cm poster board and glue it to the back
    • Cut excess paper
  • After that’s glued, take the 12x2cm color paper strip, wrap it around the back, fold the ends, and glue it to the last paper on the front side
    • This creates your sliding motion
  • You can cut the end as a triangle or leave it as is!

Step 6: Enjoy!

  • Feel free to decorate it!
