Purpose:

The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the HR function in the company.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administering performance management program
  • Assist in the hiring and termination process
  • Provide guidance for employee behavior and conflict resolution
  • Provide and maintain employees and management training
  • Maintain and review time and attendance
  • Maintain and update employees file and data
  • Oversee employees benefits and enrollment
  • Manage Workers Compensation claims
  • Responsible for handling correspondence & verifications related to Employees, including but not limited to EDD, STATE, Garnishments, Withholding, Leaves.
  • Updating company policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Purpose:

A fast-growing company is looking for a highly motivated talent to fill an additional IT Analyst position.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Identifying risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the company’s
    IT framework.
  • Analyzing current IT systems, architectures, and processes.
  • Participate in daily rounding’s, and preventative maintenance for all business areas.
  • Create and maintain all technical related documents including but not limited to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Disaster Recovery Procedures.
  • Set up new user accounts and profiles and handle password issues
  • Provide technical expertise by advising associates on solutions to their technical issues and/or challenges.
  • Provide hands-on training to associates and departments for applications and endpoint
    devices.
  • Perform tests and preventive measures on new hardware and software.
  • Perform project management projects and tasks.
  • Install and configure hardware and software components
  • Reporting issues, advances made, and other important information to Management.
  • Informing management on weak points, avenues for improvement, and risks in the company’s IT infrastructure.
  • Executing well-thought-out solutions and plans to improve company efficiencies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT-related position.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business information systems, information technology, or a related field.
  • Certification and proficiency in a coding language (NET, Visual Basic, Powershell, C++, SQL and Crystal Report).
  • Knowledge in HTTP, HTTPS, IPV4, POE, DNS, DHCP, WINS, and TCP/IP.
  • Knowledge of databases, data processes, program architectures, and data security.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and experience with both hardware and software systems.
  • Experience in various Desktop Management Systems such as but not limited to anti-virus software, patch management, and software delivery.
  • Experience in telecom technology and basic troubleshooting with telecom endpoints.
  • Skills in designing, reporting, and documenting implementations and solutions.
  • Up-to-date insight into the latest developments in the information technology sphere.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and knowledge of agile team structures.
  • Ability to provide excellent support to associates and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate the status of various systems to management and support business personnel.
  • Understanding in of project plans, presentations, procedures, diagrams, and other technical documentation
  • Preferably experience in SAP and crystal reporting

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Sales team.
  • Taking customers’ orders.

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual English and Mandarin.
  • Good communication skills (oral, written, reading), professional, respectful.
  • Customer service skills, friendly.
  • Ability to keep detailed and accurate records and prepare reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.

  • Previous office experience preferred.

Purpose:

Responsible to grow new business, find new customers & maintain existing accounts.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of the assigned list of customers
  • Facilitate day-to-day customer inquiries & order placement
  • Maintain business relationships and identify needs to grow the existing accounts
  • Follow up on leads and actively network to acquire new business opportunities
  • Attend trade shows and handle booth display set up
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure satisfactory customer experience
  • Base salary + commissions + health insurance
  • Based in El Monte, CA 91731

Salary: $30,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
