  • Manage a portfolio of the assigned list of customers

• The BAZIC student ambassador program is a paid, part-time 7-week hybrid role that starts on September 6th, 2024, and ends on October 18th, 2024. This initiative is designed to be a fun, rewarding, and enriching experience with the aim to sharpen both our ambassadors’ digital and traditional marketing skills with guidance and support from our team.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging social content like reels and posts that showcase BAZIC Products
  • Capture photos/videos and provide recaps of your ambassador activities
  • Be an on-campus brand advocate and activate at school events
  • Complete fun mini-tasks and challenges on our exclusive ambassador platform
  • Educate fellow students on how BAZIC products is the Everyday Essential that makes a difference in achieving Everyday Success

Required Skills:

  • Completed a minimum of 2 semesters at the campus in which you are enrolled in 
  • Full-time undergraduate student with a Current GPA of at least 3.0
  • Active social media presence with a minimum of 1000 followers on Instagram and/or TikTok
  • Willing to keep personal social media channels public for the duration of the program
  • Available to attend in-office workshops on September 6, September 20, October 4, and October 18 in El Monte, CA
  • Eligible to work in the US with a valid SSN
  • Engaged in your campus community or is an active member of a student club or organization

Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to enhance BAZIC PRODUCTS' brand visibility and engagement through captivating visual content and compelling copy. In this role, you will manage and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand message.
You will also track and analyze key social media performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights to the Marketing Manager to inform future content strategies. Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging visual content, compelling copy, and multimedia assets.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content across platforms.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to the Marketing Manager, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in content strategies.
  • Audience Engagement: Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering a positive online community.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within the marketing team and with other various departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with relevant influencers to collaborate on campaigns, expanding brand reach and driving engagement through authentic partnerships.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media and digital content marketing.
  • Content Optimization: Continuously test and optimize content based on performance data, audience feedback, and changing market conditions.
  • Event Participation: Travel and engage in marketing events, including occasional weekend commitments.
  • Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation (2+ years preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Skilled in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
  • Experienced in using project management tools, particularly Airtable.
  • Ability to analyze data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategies.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry changes.
  • Passionate about building brand engagement and creating meaningful online experiences.
  • Availability to attend marketing events, including some weekends.
  • Experience in influencer outreach and partnership building is a plus.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate for events.

 

Pay rate: $23.00 per hour
