DIY Glitter Ocean Fish
🐟 “One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish” 🐟
Create your own colorful shimmering fish
with this enjoyable Glitter Ocean Fish DIY
Materials you will need:
- Adhesive
- Scissors
- Precision Knife
- Markers
- Glitter Glue
- Can also use Clear Glue and add in Glitter
- 2″ x 3″ Zip Bag
Step 1: Gather materials
Step 2: Pick either one of the fish to be the front
Leave these scales blank (refer to photo)
– these scales will be cut out
Step 2a: Color template
Step 3: Cut out template
Step 4: With the fish with the blank scales, cut out using a precision knife – Please have an adult help you –
Option: you can try cutting it with scissors but precision knife gives a cleaner look
Step 5: Fill 2″ x 3″ zip bag (no more than half of the bag) with glitter glue – About 1/3 or to close to 1/2 is a good amount; Make sure to take out any extra air inside the bag
Option: can use clear glue and add in glitter
Step 6: Tape glitter bag to the blank side of the fish without the scales cut out
Step 7: Taking the fish with scales cut out, glue all the fins and front of the face; Line up and attach this fish on top of the other fish with the glitter bag taped to it
Step 8: Enjoy!
