DIY – Lunar New Year Paper Chain Dragon
Welcoming the Lunar New Year with a Paper Chain Dragon DIY Craft!
As the Lunar New Year approaches, what better way to celebrate than by crafting your very own paper chain dragon? This fun and engaging DIY project not only adds a touch of festive charm to your space but also allows you to immerse yourself in the rich traditions of this joyous occasion.
Materials you will need:
Watch our step-by-step tutorial to create your Lunar New Year Paper Chain Dragon:
Step 1: Gather materials
Step 2: Color the (3) Paper Chain Dragon Templates
Step 3: Cut out all the parts
Step 4: Starting with the Head, apply glue and roll the paper to create a ring
Step 5: Chain Body parts after the Head
Apply glue, insert paper through ring, and roll to create another ring
Step 6: For the Tail, make sure it is facing this way (refer to photo)
Step 7: Glue Tongue to Head piece
Step 8: Glue Scales to the upright Body parts
Step 9: Glue Feet to the Body parts going sideways
