Coloring Contest Rules:
- Contest is open to all school age children in the U.S.
- All entries must be original and entirely created by the entrant. There are no restrictions on what an entrant can use to color the image
- One entry per child, but multiple children per household may enter. Entry must be submitted by parent or guardian, 18 years or older
